Mr. Ghanshyam Gupta is the founder and Managing Director of Akansha Group. He is graduate in commerce having more than 15 years of experience in real estate industry. He is a self-made entrepreneur who started his career with very small capital and now it convert into the very large capital. Mr. Ghanshyam Gupta started his career in 1984 with a tea leaf agency and ghee business, than finally settling with real estate after about a decade. In his leadership the firm completed projects over 15,00,000 sq. ft.

Mr. Abhishek Gupta is a 2nd generation entrepreneur working as executive director in Akansha Group. He is Post Graduate in Commerce from Govt. commerce college, Kota having more than 9 years of experience in real estate industry.
He has been at the forefront of leading the firm into the new era contributing significantly to better systems, processes and better product delivery keeping the needs of the modern consumer in mind.
He is responsible for the day to day operations and functioning of the Group. He is young, talented and full of energy. He also looks after accounts and finance related activities in the group.
Mr. Ankit Gupta has recently joined family business. He has completed B.E. (Hons.) in Civil from BITS Pilani, Minor in Finance from BITS Pilani and Strategic Management from London School of Economics (LSE).
He is presently looking after finance related activities.
